2006 Larson Cabrio Alarm and Engine Shut off

2006 Larson Cabrio with Mercruiser stern drive. Was running at 3/4 throttle, alarm sounded then when brought rpms down, engine shut down. Now alarm sounds when I try to start and engine fires but will not run. Also, cannot fully lower stern drive.
