2001 Yamaha f115

I recently have been having issues with my Yamaha outboard. It will start and run fine and then it will die or it bogs down when trying to throttle up and eventually dies. I have been able to press primer bulb which is soft and it will start again and runs but again you can’t throttle down or it just bogs and dies. I have cleaned out my VST and bought a new battery, checked voltage at injectors and fuel rail pressure as well as vent tube from tank. I was going to replace my bulb and all my fuel lines next.
