2001 Mercruiser 3.0L loese half the electrical systems

Boat was running just fine, tried to start it after a week away from the lake and it cranks but does not turn over. Then noticed no movement from the dashboard guages and bilge pump and fish finder no longer works. BUT blower, lights and horn still work fine. Get 15V across the battery??? Answer 15 volts is very high for a battery not under charge and is in fact high while charging, does sound like bad connection somewhere |
