1996 trophy bayliner tight steering problem

My steering has become progresivly stiffer in the past while. I live 1 block from the gulf of mexico...I know...salty climate. How can I clean and lubricate the steering on this boat? I regularly put grease in the fittings and also hand lubricate the shaft while out on the gulf using white lithium grease. Is there a way to keep the steering loose? |
