1992 TRACKER PRO 16 LIVEWELL ISSUES

I have no history on this boat but am restoring it. The single live well has an inlet line from the pump but the drain in the bottom of the well has been plugged with sealant.I have found no discharge plumbing. do you have knowledge of this system ?
