1991 Galaxie Boat Wiring Harness and Instrumenation Panel

My wiring harness has developed some problems. Whenever the ignition key is on, the NAV lights are on very bright. When I run the boat at above 3800 RPM, there is a "popping" sound that appears to be related to some electrical problems in the wiring/wiring harness. How do I diagnose the problem and get it fixed. The wiring into the instrumenation panel is a real "rat's nest". Thanks, Les |
