1986 Sunbird OMC inboard/Outboard

Trying to replace the engine control cable. Have been to 2 different marine part places and still cannot get the right part. The number on the original cable is not readable other than it saying 13 ft. The end of the cable is threaded and has a blue plastic housing that goes over it. Can someone please help me find this part....Thanks John
