1984 Trojan Tri-cabin - engine

I have acquired a 1984 Trojan Tri-cabin motor yacht which went all of last winter not being winterized. I'm told they need to pull the engines out thru the salon and then each engine needs to be replaced. I was wondering what your thoughts were on trying to save the existing engines. Thanks!!
