1981 skeeter

I have a 1981 skeeter bass boat with a DT65 oil injected suzuki engine. The engine starts fine but loads up and dies. I dont think the choke is working properly,the butterfly's stay closed but when you manually open them the engine revs all the way up to red line. This makes no sense to me because the boat is in neutral. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks |
