I rebuilt the engine 2 specs with a C lock manual 120 lb in each cylinder engine will not rev the top RPMs it only does about 20 miles an hour on a 15 foot Glastron carbs seem to be working good spark is good fuel is good it just doesn't want to go about the only thing I have left to do is rebuild the carbs which was running fine before I blew it up i also tried disconnecting the oil injector and pre mixed the gas
